Book Arts
We explore diverse creative forms including bookmaking, cards, boxes, altered books, paper sculpture, surface design, and decorative papers.
How we work
-
We gather on the fourth Saturday of every month from 10AM — 2:00PM.
Meetings run from January to November in the Frank Beacon Art Studio.
Each month follows a theme, which may include binding styles, materials, skill-sharing, or workshops with group or guest tutors. Themes are guided by member interest and learning goals.

Book Arts members often build their own tools over time, and the group happily shares tools with new members as they get started. The group also purchases materials such as book board and linen thread, which are available to members at cost.
-
From 2026, selected workshops will also be advertised to welcome new members.
