Deco Bay Brass Band

We’re a welcoming, all-ages, community brass band bringing people together through the joy of music. Offering a supportive space to learn, play, and perform while building strong community connections.

How we work

  • Wednesday 7:00PM — 8:00PM

    Rehearsals are held weekly throughout the school term, with breaks over the Christmas and Easter holidays.

  • Keirunga Society Membership:
    — $69 per year

    +

    Keirunga Brass Band Group Membership:
    — $160 per year (approx.)

    We also have an Associate Membership of $50 per year designed for supporters & sponsors.

    Subscriptions may be paid by instalment by arrangement.

  • Players may occasionally be invited to take part in weekend or after-hours performances.

    Through the Brass Bands Association of New Zealand, there may also be workshop opportunities with guest musicians from around the country.

    — Music is provided digitally or in print if needed
